Knowing

Once upon a time, many years ago, I dropped a tab of acid and had my awakening. Years later I realized I’d never had my awakening at all . . . .

Then I found Jesus and the church and had my true awakening. Years later I realized I’d never had my awakening at all . . . .

Then I read and studied spiritual things and teachings until the day my head was so full of understanding that I finally realized I’d had my awakening. Years later, though I’d sat at the feet of the best and the brightest spiritual teachers, I realized I actually never had awakened at all . . . .

Today, as I sit before my fire and contemplate on all the knowledge and understandings I have acquired from my many encounters with the spiritual life, I am beginning to realize that ALL that stuff, upon my death, will remain here in my ego driven head because the only things I can take with me are the things I have given away . . . the simple acts of kindness and love, mercy and grace that I have shown upon all those I came into contact with . . . .

Because the truth is THOSE are the fruits of our spiritual labor and we cannot fake our way onto a higher plane by spouting spiritual nonsense, or name dropping our favorite savior teacher, or any other way. . . .

In that next world, on that next plateau . . . it’s not about what you KNOW . . . it’s about who you ARE.

Who you pretend to be will get you far on this planet . . . who you really are is all that counts once the veil has lifted and the fog has shifted . . . . .it’s important to know that.

The White Room

What if, when I die to my present physical life, I pass on over to the other side only to find myself standing alone in a pure white and vibrating void . . . a void that is soon transformed into a reality perfectly suited to the vibration I carried in my conscience while here on earth?

With no individual brain to manipulate, no way to phony myself up, no false faces, or uniforms, or ways to cover up my true nature . . . my true nature becomes the (post physical) reality of who I truly am.

No Jesus or Mohammed or any other savior will be there to defend me, no righteous God to condemn me, no flock of virgins to please me, no street of gold or a self filling bottle of wine . . . nothing. . . but a creation of my own making.

I would then realize (if I chose to escape my new reality) that I should have done the job that was set before me while in the physical body, but with all the distractions confronting me, I didn’t take the time to do it.

Now, I realize my only hope will be to return again into that realm of time and space for yet another go around as an individual entity . . .

Whats in YOUR wallet? . . . . Will you be content in your new, (after death) reality? Is this a scary proposition to you? Now’s the time to do something about it. Once on the other side you may have to live for a long time within the parameters you have set for yourself, among souls just like your greedy, selfish, self centered, little self.

Personally I have a LOT of homework to do . . .

Break The Matrix (Chapter Two)

Choke Points

Although this writing may at first sound like just another expose of conspiracies, I can assure you it is not. Yes, the globalists are guilty of fomenting many dark conspiracies on their way to the top, but they are proud of what they are doing and openly admit to doing it. They see themselves and their one world government as the only hope for mankind and believe completely in the philosophy that ‘the end justifies the means’. . . that means they are willing to do whatever it takes to further their agenda to have total control and domination over us. If these are conspiracies, they are being fomented in broad daylight.

David Rockefeller, a member of one of the founding families of the globalist movement said recently in his autobiography that:

“For more than a century, ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure – one world, if you will. If that is the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”

He continues on: “The anti-Rockefeller focus of these otherwise incompatible political positions owes much to Populism. ‘Populists’ believe in conspiracies, and one of the most enduring is that a secret group of international bankers and capitalists, and their minions, control the world’s economy. Because of my name and prominence as the head of the Chase for many years, I have earned the distinction of ‘conspirator in chief’ from some of these people.

Populists and isolationists ignore the tangible benefits that have resulted from our active international role during the past half-century. Not only was the very real threat posed by Soviet Communism overcome, but there have been fundamental improvements in societies around the world, particularly in the United States, as a result of global trade, improved communications, and the heightened interaction of people from different cultures. Populists rarely mention these positive consequences, nor can they cogently explain how they would have sustained American economic growth and the expansion of our political power without them.” . . . From Rockefeller’s “Memoirs”.

That pretty much says it all. I believe they feel that the masses of humanity (us) are just too dumb to get out of our own way, and left to ourselves we will continue to run in circles biting on our tails for millennia to come . . . and I gotta say, can you blame them for thinking that way? We have a very bad track record when it comes to living in peace with our neighbors.

On paper I actually agree with the ‘one world’ philosophy, but I see nothing less than complete totalitarianism as their final answer. They be the overlords . . . we be the worker bees. They live as gods atop the mountain . . . we starve and sweat in the valleys below.

The problem is we ALL share the same basic nature. Each and every time those at the top create an empire, it is still being led and governed by human beings, and because of that distinction, when have they ever panned out long term? . . . never. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely . . . that’s just the way it is.

Personally I don’t believe we have much of a choice in the matter anymore and haven’t for many years. They have now cunningly solidified their power beyond rebellion. Today in America they have complete control over media, financial system, industry/corporations, political machines and military. Their power over us is awesome. . . as is our ignorance towards realizing it.

Revolution against the industrial military complex would be suicidal. We sat on our asses for decades and ignored them as they turned our Democratic Republic into their plutocracy (government run by the wealthy). . . and now they own us. The recent Wall Street bailouts prove that point beyond a doubt. They are too big to fail without bringing down the whole economy.

They laughed at our childish threats while most of the big banking houses actually made money during the crash and after. Marching against them? . . . they don’t care, “Have fun kiddies”, they say. “We’ll enjoy watching you from our Wall Street offices.”

George Carlin said it best . . .https://youtu.be/wigDHjEwPuE

The only reason the less than 1%ers have what they have today is because they long ago convinced the rest of us that we also need what they have . . . do we?

The only realistic approach we can now take to combat them is to ignore their media and it’s propaganda, stop buying their stuff and quit allowing our children to fight their wars. It won’t be easy. Demonstrations and signs won’t get it. It will take getting off our asses and putting positive action ahead of the far easier exercise of pissing and moaning. They own the game board and make all the rules . . . we need to create a new game board, one with a built in balance point based on creativity instead of greed.

Watch this (Time Is Art) and get some ideas . . . https://youtu.be/gRGLofA3Eek

In the following writings I have some ideas I’d like to share with you about how to do just that in a way you can actually make a change for yourself and escape their matrix.

I don’t want to teach you to be a good communist . . . I don’t want to teach you to be a good democratic American. My goal here is not to bring down the established order as it has many benefits for us to hold onto. My goal here is to teach you how to free your mind and think for yourself. My goal is to teach you how to live within the established order while maintaining your individual freedom. That means you must know the enemy and understand his four main control points, religion . . . finances . . . politics . . . fear.

Breaking down one choke hold at a time let’s start with religion.

Religion:

If you were to Google the fifteen core beliefs in all major religions of the world. . . . all (on paper) sound like good, honorable ways in which to live one’s life. (but in action?) What has transpired among all the various peoples on this planet to make each believe that THEIR religion is the one true religion? How is it even possible to fight a religious war? How is it ever OK to kill a living being in the name of the Creator of that being? If man is a creature of free choice, who, what, keeps us floundering in chaos and despair?

Lastly, why is FAITH in such great demand in the first place? Faith in what . . . faith in who? What is faith anyways?

From Merriam-Webster dictionary:

a. strong belief or trust in someone or something

b. belief in the existence of God : strong religious feelings or beliefs

c. a system of religious beliefs

Does it take faith to believe in God? No, not really. Look around using the senses our creator has given us and you’ll realize that the artist of this world dwells everywhere, and within everything that lives. His glory and beauty is revealed for all to plainly see.

Open your eyes to that beauty, learn to truly see what He has made . . .

Open your ears, listen to the rhythm of the universe and the sweet melody of this planet .

Slow your gulping and allow your taste buds to fully enjoy the eating of a fresh peach . . .

Take your time to feel the vibration and softness of your lover.

Stand in the rain and experience the earthy scent of it . . .

As you do you will be communing with God and soon realize that He/She/It’s presence is everywhere. There is no need for faith to believe in a creator. He is right there in your face, as strongly as a drill instructor in boot camp. There IS need for faith to believe in a religion though, because at least half of what you are being taught has been made up.

It’s quite obvious that anybody or anything that captured our faith would control our minds and become a very powerful entity in our life. We would become “their” true believers. It’s also quite obvious that anybody or anything that captured the faith of an entire country, race, or region would have created a foundational base of power with which to rule over that country, race, or region. . . . does it not? We are the greatest . . . the chosen . . . God is on our side.

We consider ourselves responsible to proselytize our beliefs to the remainder of the planet and, as a reward, get to use their natural resources to our benefit. If that foreign country were to object and cause war, we have the right to kill them in defense of our God and our God’s country . . . and we, the chosen, are pardoned from murder.

This same scenario has played itself out many times in world history, always the same and always ending with the same results. From the first Sumerian empire to today, the religions of man, being led by lust for power and greed for goods, have kept the ball rolling and the beat going on . . . What is the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

For the sake of this article I submit for your consideration that wise and ruthless men have used the principles of faith to place themselves as spokesman between common man and his creator. Thus, with the direct link between man and his maker broken, the church was born and the various religions created. Men bent on ruling over us became His spokesmen, chaos descended upon the earth and what we have today is a direct result of that lost personal link between man and his creator.

We bought the party line and dove down the rabbit hole to Hell. So how do we get ourselves out of this hole? How you ask? Get real. Become a part of something greater. Give up those false sounding prayers. Give up the dogma. Give up all the “I’m proud to be” nonsense.

Take in the view from the top of a mountain and begin to get real with God in your own special way. We are all individual, very powerful spirits and all have a gift that the world needs, but we must quit listening to the false prophets of (whatever) religion and learn to listen to Him directly. Reconnect the umbilical chord between you and the spirit and you will deny men the power over you and give it back to the Creator who has been waiting patiently behind the scenes for you to do so all the time.

We cannot solve this problem only through our prayers. “I am a Buddhist. I believe in praying. But humans have created this problem, and now we are asking God to solve it. It is illogical. God would say, solve it yourself because you created it in the first place.” . . . Dali Lama.

In Western Christian belief a baby is born in sin. Right off the bat the child has two strikes against him and the only hope for the kid is that before he strikes out and ends up in hell he finds personal salvation. It takes faith to believe such stuff as the very idea of a loving God doing such things goes against the grain of good common sense.

In the Eastern Zen Buddhist belief a baby is born pure and learns to be evil because of the hellishness in the world. His salvation comes from self realization. This takes faith also, but faith in oneself that he/she has the power and ability to do great things if he chooses.

I follow the Eastern Way. I believe that in the right circumstances all people are capable of committing heroic deeds, but in the wrong circumstances all people are quite capable of propagating all forms of evil upon themselves as well as their fellows.

Take war for instance. War is evil personified and yet men swarm to it like beetles skittering to a dog turd. Take an incident like 911 when the towers went down. We would have a hard time counting the heroics that took place that day as strangers died trying to save other strangers while a whole country mourned openly.

It seems humans are at their best when there is a catastrophe in the making. It behooves us all then to make good choices for ourselves as we seem to be directly affected by the circumstances we find ourselves in.

The conundrum: How can people be so good individually while at the same time be so bad corporately? How can the bank be cold and aloof as it forecloses on your home when it is filled with warmhearted individuals? How can a doctor dedicated to healing turn away a patient just because their insurance denied the claim? How could the insurance company deny said claim to begin with knowing the person would die without treatment? What’s up with this?

Fact is the corporation has become an entity far more important than the individual it was created to serve. We created these monsters out of brick and stone. We gave them names. We gave them life. We bowed down before them. We serve them. We have faith in them.

We are no different than our Aztec fathers who offered human sacrifice to the sun god upon the alter at the Great Pyramid of Tenochtitlan. How did that work for them? How’s it working for us? Time for a change don’t you think?

What would happen if we pulled the plug on this all powerful corporate god and began to manifest the greatness and the empathy we possess . . . to ourselves, to each other, as well as the Earth we live on? Wouldn’t that be a novel idea?

That simple and direct act alone would create great change in this world. That is something we can all do right now by simply taking ourselves and our families back to a time before the corporation stole our humanity.

Nobody here is advocating a jungle hut in the Amazon. We can still have our businesses. We can still have nice stuff. This could all be done simply by getting smart and putting more focus on the human being and far less on the corporation. It’s all about us, not them.

The earth is screaming for balance and we can give it to her by fighting back against the polluters and every corporate entity that refuses to take EARTH FIRST into consideration. Not by getting involved in the commercial yuppy faddy way with all its catchy slogans and PR, but by taking a real and honest effort. Stop having faith in false Wall Street gods and begin to put the earth first in everything we do.

All we really have to do is ignore the corporation and stop buying its product. Use businesses that care, deny those that don’t. The bottom line for any corporation can no longer be their profit margin.

Find the companies that believe as we do, and even if it costs a few more bucks to buy their product isn’t it worth it? . . . Humanity first! Earth first! What’s so hard about that?

This is the end of the review. Break The Matrix is available in book form at amazon books for a reasonable fee if you are interested. If you want to continue on with the remaining finances . politics . fear . ect without buying the book just ask and I will send the complete writing via e-mail with no questions or further contact. Thanks for reading this far!

Salvation

You: What does it mean to be saved?

Me: That depends upon your religious affiliation, but as a rule the Christian church teaches that Jesus Christ willingly gave up his life as a sacrifice for your sins, and by your acknowledgement of that sacrifice you have been freed from the curse of sin and death. It teaches that Heaven is reserved for those who die in the faith . . . Hell is reserved for those who don’t.

Christian doctrine accepts a convert as they are and promises them a new life where they will be forgiven of past sins and become a new person as they live under the living word of God and His bible. In time the simplicity of that message created the largest and most powerful religion known to man. People flocked to the Mother church and her teachings by the millions.

When I was a younger man I know I did. I was at the end of my rope. I needed help from somewhere. Jesus was there, free and open armed, for me. I was born again in a local church and as long as I remained in good standing with the church and it’s doctrine I was guaranteed a place at the table when I got to Heaven. Heady stuff for a guy who had absolutely no religious affiliation whatsoever, and it worked great for a couple of years . . . BUT . . .

In time I began to notice that my life had become an ‘us vs them’ affair, something I was not comfortable with for many reasons. I began to question . . . especially when I realized I, as well as almost every church person I knew, had pretty much traded our past sins in for an open, ongoing, and obnoxious version of self righteousness. I was not pleased with myself.

I studied the bible, prayed for this and that, even lived on a Christian commune for a couple years . . . but after all was said and done I was the same guy I’d always been, but now I had to hide behind this magical connection to God. Anyway the questions became too many, the doubts too large, and I became what we church people feared more than anything else . . . a reprobate backsliding his way to Hell!

Back to the question of salvation: What was I being saved for? Why me? What if I couldn’t read the bible? What if I was born a Muslim? A Jew? An Indian? Chinese? What about the rest of creation? The questions came on like an endless series of waves in a heavy storm and I felt myself sinking under them . . . so I did what I do best. I hopped a plane and headed off into the sunset and a new adventure in Seattle.

Today I am not down on any church, but in general I believe we have gotten it all wrong when it comes to Christianity. I believe we have been duped by a ministry clearly bent on self aggrandizement. Guys who have created magical doctrines in order to rule over their flock of believers instead of taking the time and patience to teach them to practice what the simple teachings of Christ actually meant. We Americans are an overly spoiled, ‘all show and no go’ people. Even our version of Christianity, (especially the TV ministry bullshit), proves it to us.

Bottom line . . . It is easier to WORSHIP Jesus than it is to LEARN from him . . . and the ministers are using our spiritual laziness against us by promoting their version of American exceptionalism in order to control our minds, and give themselves a great life in their shiny new church. These Pharisees and false prophets are alive and well and living among us.

So here’s my answer to your question on salvation:  Jesus didn’t appear on the scene to SAVE you. He came to TEACH you how to SAVE yourself. . . and if you choose to follow and practice his teachings, he will be your teacher and you his student. And what can be more satisfying to a teacher than to have a student who learns his lesson?

Jesus was a special being, no one can argue that. I believe he existed and was a thorn in the sides of the priests of that day, just as you will become if you follow his lead. I don’t believe he was a special creation though. I believe he was an old soul who obtained awareness at a very early age and dedicated his life to the cause of teaching humanity a better way.

I believe there have been many teachers who have come and gone throughout the ages who were born for the very same reason, and I believe they all have based their teachings on one four cornered foundation.

house of god
You are being saved for no other reason than to build THIS house . . . you may never know it, you may never be awarded anything other than the satisfaction of knowing you helped build it . . . but that will be enough.

The Book

Summer 1980 . . . It’s summertime and I have just  recently flown back to Ohio after leaving the body farm in Palmer Alaska. I am beginning to write a book about my times living on one of Sam Fife’s end time farms. Following is the introduction to that book . . .

Introduction

It’s hard to believe that just a few months ago I was standing on a cliff overlooking the Little Susitna river staring beyond into the foothills of the distant mountains whose streams and hills were once laced with gold and promises of grandeur. The mines are still there to tell the story of the old days when gold was God and men deprived themselves, struggling against the harsh climate to seek its favor and to possess all the earthly goods that it offered them.

I too was there in Alaska seeking gold, but my gold was the promise of a changed nature. A nature of good fruit and righteousness that God has promised to them that loved Him and sought to walk in His way. Proverbs 8-19 says – My fruit is better than gold even pure gold and my yield than choicest silver. I walk in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of justice to endow those who love me with wealth, that I may fill their treasuries.

Years ago the Lord had given me a vision of God’s people living together in peace and harmony, of working the land and experiencing His life together in Christian community. Corporate life and total commitment to Jesus Christ and His body was at the time, in my opinion, the highest of callings.

I’d spent the last five years there in the Matanuska valley, experiencing the joys and sorrows that come from living so close with so many. Knowing first hand how easy it is to expound upon the principles and doctrines of God and to declare our total commitment to Him in church, but how difficult it is to walk daily on His path and continually heed His call to lay down our lives and our wants that our brother may live and have his needs met. I loved Alaska and my family there, I was certain I would never leave, but it seemed the Lord had other plans for me.

How did I come to be involved in such a lifestyle? This is my story. A story of one man’s search for meaning in this life. A search for reality.

END

Summer 2018 . . . That was then . . . this is now. Then I was a young man full of visions, on a hero’s journey . . . today I am an old man full of dreams who is reaching as far back on memory lane as he can get, trying to figure out what the hell it was I was thinking those many years ago.

In the beginning of this story it is easy to recognize the effects of imagination on the romantic mind. It only takes a worthy cause to arouse the warriors spirit and send him on the hero’s journey.

Forever, it seems, I have been on that journey. Like Sir Launfal in Lowell’s poem “ The Vision Of Sir Launfal” I was, it seems, on a quest to find the holy grail and like the original seeker I failed miserably.

What kind of person gets caught up in these cults anyway?  I can only speak for myself.

My early life was not normal by any definition. I was a smart kid from a dysfunctional family with no self esteem and very little training. I grew up in a housing project that required me daily to defend myself against multi membered bullies that were older than me and higher up the pecking order. I was a competitive, street smart loner before the age of ten. I was most likely the ideal candidate for a cult.

When I had my Jesus moment around the age of thirty I didn’t hear the call to salvation and Heaven like everyone else I knew. I heard the clarion call to save the world for Jesus and his church . . . I, still on the hero’s journey,  jumped in with both feet and enlisted into the army of God . . . Glory! Fighting for God . . . It doesn’t get any better than that! The tests and trials before that day became moot as I put on His armor, took up His sword and began to fight His battle against Lucifer and his army of demonic angels.

Then one day my truths changed and I tossed that heavy sword into the river of life and settled down for a long, long nap . . .

Today I am out of causes and . . . today, like Sir Launfal, I realize that the holy grail had been with me the whole time, it lived within the eyes and lives of the family I had left behind in my mad dash to win the war against Satan and make a way for God’s people.

I’m now 76 years old. I figure if I’m going to write this book I better get started before father time punches my clock. So as memory holds, here we go . . . down the pathway of remembrance.

This will not be a negative story, nor much of a positive one either. I am going to try to write this as an impartial observer. I still have friends on the various farms that I love and respect and mean them no harm. Regardless of how I feel about religion and the Brother Sam ministry I will take none of my angst out on them . . . it was a time when the world was so different and so much simpler that I thought the hero actually had a chance to make a change . . . before JFK got killed, before the war in Vietnam turned my generation upside down, before drugs and before Brother Sam . . . that is.
